SUMMARY OF THE POEM
The music of nature never comes to a standstill . During summer , the birds feel tired with the hot sun and hide themselves in the cool shade of the trees . Thenit seems as though the music of nature is stopped . But at that time , the Grasshopper appears with its song . It runs from hedge to hedge . When it is tired out , it takes rest beneath some pleasant weed . In winter , the Cricket shrills from the stove in frosty silence . Its song reminds someone half asleep in the warmth of the house of the Grasshopper ' s song in some grassy hills . ।
কবিতার সংক্ষিপ্তসার প্রকৃতির গান কখনও স্তব্ধ হয়ে যায় না । গ্রীষ্মকালে সুর্যের প্রখর তাপে পাখিরা ক্লান্তি অনুভব করে , আর গাছের শীতল ছায়ায় লুকিয়ে । পড়ে । তখন মনে হয় যেন প্রকৃতির গান থেমে গেল । কিন্তু সেই সময় ঘাসফড়িং তার সংগীত নিয়ে আবির্ভূত হয় । সেটি এক ঝােপ , থেকে অন্য ঝােপে ছুটে বেড়ায় । যখন সে ক্লান্ত হয়ে পড়ে তখন সে কোনাে মনােরম আগাছারনীচে বিশ্রাম গ্রহণ করে । শীতকালে তুষার শীতল নিস্তব্ধতায় চুল্লির ভিতর থেকে ঝিঝি পােকা তীক্ষ আওয়াজ করে ওঠে । ঝিঝির গান ঘরের উয়তার মাঝে আধাে ঘুমে আচ্ছন্ন কোনাে এক ব্যক্তিকে ঘাসে ভরা পাহাড়ের মধ্যে ঘাসফড়িংয়ের গানকে মনে করিয়ে দেয় ।
